They warrantied my retractable straps without hassle and quickly sent out replacements.

I had to file a warranty claim on there 1" retractable strap. Filed in the morning and by that night they had processed my claim and start shipping me new straps. Great service and a great company.

I love the Rhino retractable ratchet straps. No more tangled mess of straps in my truck supply box. I also appreciate the keeper clips on the hooks because I can secure a load by myself without the hooks slipping before the strap is tightened. Awesome customer service. They quickly addressed an issue I had with one of my straps.

This company makes a wonderful product line. Ive not had one complaint that wasnt address and covered immediately under an easy warranty claim. The ease and speed from thier customer service dept is A++. I look forward to ordering future products from the Rhino brand.
