Bought this nearly 4 weeks ago and it’s still not here!! So so so many emails back and forth. FedEx never delivers it. They can’t give me a day or a time. At this point I JUST WANT A REFUND!!! I will do a section 75 and get my money back this week. Never again and avoid it at all costs.

I went on the website and opened my account. I was given a four digit code and when I returned to the site with the code I found nowhere to actually compete the request to return the product. Not worth my time to continue to pursue this. The return policy and procedure needs to be simplified. Keeps people like me from returning when the product simply does not work for me.
