Revolution Prep has gone above and beyond with assisting my daughter in her 10th and 11th year of High School. The proctors are smart, compassionate and skilled in the topics presented. I would highly recommend them for all parents!

Sorry, but it wasn't worth it. My son missed a class once per week to take the course and his math score dropped. Math has always been his best subject. His Reading Writing score only improved slightly, and overall his score dropped. I am very disappointed. I emailed about this a month ago and never received any kind of response. I thought improvement was guaranteed?

Hi Susan, thank you for reaching out. We’re sorry to hear that your son didn’t receive the score improvement he wished to achieve. We also sincerely regret that when you contacted someone on our team, you didn’t receive a response. We pride ourselves on having great customer service, so we’d like to investigate why your message was not returned. There are a lot of factors that go into score improvement – time and effort spent, how one feels on test day, etc. We do not have a score improvement guarantee as that’s like predicting the future, but we do have a tutor satisfaction guarantee. We strive to ensure that all of our customers have a remarkable experience with us and we’d like to make things right. If you wouldn’t mind giving us a call at 424-214-2373, at your earliest convenience, it would be greatly appreciated. We look forward to speaking with you and working toward ensuring your son is happy with his results.

Happy with the service! Overall I was very happy with the service. Because it's via skype, it can be tough for a student that is easily distracted (cell phone beeps, other members in the house with you, etc). The tutors get to know the students well and work with their strengths and weaknesses. It's very convenient and they work around your schedule.

"Sandy Allen is my Best Friend"!" My husband and I never expected to hear our daughter say that after her first SAT prep session. We also did not expect bubbles of joy to be emanating from her bedroom when the two of them were working together. When the two hours are up, she, literally, comes running in to tell us what she's learned and is somehow more energized than she was going in! I think the key is that Sandy made a personal connection to our daughter during the first session. That made my Sandy feel more like a trusted Auntie than a scary, SAT tutor. Our parent chats with Sandy have proven to us the depth and breadth of Sandy's years of experience in this industry. She not only knows her stuff, she is also down-to-earth, funny and "gets" stressed out teenagers. Our daughter's confidence shot through the roof in just 2 sessions and it's reflected in her practice test scores. Sandy Allen is the real deal and we are so happy that we were matched with her! Way to go, Revolution Prep!
