Revivid LLC.Honesty, pricing, process and quality scores appear once 5 customers have rated them.
Our story begins in 2012 when our team owned a medical cannabis dispensary offering a variety of cannabis products. Daily customers would ask if we carried any CBD products, and sadly, we had to say no. Though we searched for quality CBD to provide our customers, we could not find one product that met our standards. Realizing this was an industry in need of regulation we decided to create our own CBD product. This is the moment Revivid was born. The Agricultural Act of 2014 federally legalized industrial hemp opening a door for us to create our own vertically integrated CBD supply chain. This way we could control every part of our growing and refining process to deliver the finest CBD on the market. In 2017 the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) announced a new policy on industrial hemp stating, “In accordance with §35-61-108(2) C.R.S., the use of all parts of the industrial hemp plant is allowed as a food ingredient in Colorado”. This policy is one of the most progressive in the nation by applying current Good Manufacturing Practices to industrial hemp processing. Revivid serves as the first and only vertically integrated industrial hemp company that has a professional partnership with the CDPHE and other government regulatory agencies. We advocate for informed, balanced, and fair regulations in the CBD industry and strive to be an example of what this emerging market should be.Revivid is the leading CBD extract brand designed for individuals from all walks of life and Revivid USA formulates all products with full-spectrum CBD oil or CBD Isolate.

EDIT: It had taken a while but I did end up finding a way to reach out to the company via separate email. I give 4 stars now because of how difficult it was to contact the company regarding my order, however, once contacted they were efficient and respectful. The product is great and my mom loves it. I do not know if they have updated their contact info but once they do the whole process will be perfect. Old review: I ordered on Jan 16th, got a confirmation email, and have gotten nothing. On Jan 26th I got an email asking to rate my order. I thought maybe it was just premature and I could still wait with all the delayed orders and such. It is Feb 6th now and I have received nothing. I got another email to rate so here is my rating. I would give a 0 if I can. The customer service phone number doesn’t work, the email system doesn’t work. It’s a huge scam. Don’t buy from them. I’m out of $80 and have nobody to contact. Go to reliable companies.

Hi Megan, First I would like to say I am so sorry you felt our service wasn't up to your liking. Please note we replied to you multiple times regarding your order in late January and in early February. Your order shipped in February and UPS shows you signed for it at 2:12 PM. I am sad you didn't get your order in a timely manner and I would like to send you some additional product for free. You previously ordered the Revivid Whole 500 topical the last time so I'd like to send you two Revivid Whole 1000 topicals at no charge. Please reach out to [email protected] to confirm you agree and to update your shipping information. Partner of Revivid @Revivid_USA @Revividsport

Revivid helps with healing! Revivid has been a tremendous help to me. Not only is the product excellent, the company is run by incredible human beings. As a person living with epilepsy as well as being a psychotherapist, I am very interested in high quality CBD products. The benefits of CBD are now being recognized for everything from seizures to anxiety to sleep and many places in between. I had the fortune of meeting Harold Robinson, the Vice President of the parent company of Revivid, and his generosity was uncanny. As someone who was learning about the endocannabinoid system and a newbie to this field, he helped me tremendously. I now use CBD to treat my epilepsy. I also have turned my family on to it, as well as clients. Thank you Harold for sharing with me and thank you Revivid!

I placed my order a week ago. So far all i have heard is that the order was received and they will send a tracking number. Not even a tracking # after one week. There are many other providers who can deliver within days. Revivid cannot even provide a tracking # within days let alone the product. VERY disappointed.
