Revive plunges are top of the line! Not only is the product amazing, reliable, and sleek, but the Revive team is incredible. I have worked with them on many events and they are on top of their stuff. So friendly and accommodating. Aaron has been so wonderful to work with! Can’t live without my plunge.

Great customer service! We recently had an issue with our plunge and Aaron with customer service contacted on a Saturday and said the parts will be mailed out today and then a tech will be there to fix it!! Unbelievable service. So happy.

My overall purchasing process with Revive was fantastic. Despite missing one item from my order, Josette and the customer service team instantly sent the missing item out to me. They are extremely responsive and helpful.

Thanks very much for fantastic after sale help figuring out how to connect the chiller and optimize its operation. My plunge sits in my backyard in the middle of a Texas summer and keeps the water very cold. Works great. Great helpful and prompt customer service.

This review is for the customer service! Revive customer service line is amazing. Aaron has helped me many times as I was starting a new wellness business, even willing to stay on FaceTime video with me to work out some kinks. He also video chatted with my employee and my plumber taking so much time to help us. He answers all the time and has been nothing short of exceptional customer care. It’s nice when a company cares so Much about their customers! Thank you !
