The retainer fits great
The retainer fits great, I was worried my impressions weren’t going to be good enough but you were able to adjust some spots that didn’t come out so great and fix it. I am happy to have my retainers again, the only downside is the case that came with it doesn’t fit my retainer inside.

A very good deal and very helpful company, just make sure to follow exact directions
The process is pretty straight forward and comes complete with a video and two sets of trays depending on the width of your mouth. My first attempt did not go so well but the response and guidance I then received was very helpful. When I mailed back my impressions they still needed a bit of a modification but the company was super helpful and the retainers fit just right!

Had to rebuy puddy as we were told our…
Had to rebuy puddy as we were told our impressions failed. We followed all directions and this was the best we could send after using all of the original puddy. Very frustrated that we needed to spend an additional $27 and no idea if trays are coming as we cannot do this without trays. Already not happy with this process.

I am sorry that the initial impression did not work. Of course the tray is sent along with the putty. We always give your initial money back within 60 days of your order.
