I really like the fact that they were so fast at getting the first draft done and how accurate that draft was in the first place.

My resume was completed within the stated time frame. I submitted my resume to my number 1 choice. Was brought in for interview for all jobs where it was submitted and accepted the offer from my first choice. Awesome job!!!

I was recommended by a mentor and had really high expectations about this company. I got the most expensive package and when I received my resume I wasn’t even happy. Quite honestly I was so embarrassed that I had spent over $400. There was a misunderstanding on what my resume on how it should have been titled and I have not heard back from them since 5/31/2021. Also I have had less then 3 views on my resume on over the 25 job sites they posted my resume. No interviews or calls. 100% look for a different company or don’t waste your money

Thank you for your feedback, Lorena. We deeply apologize for the misunderstanding. Rest assured that this issue has been taking care of and being monitored keenly. We are hoping that you'll give us a chance to serve you better until you are fully satisfied with the service.

Quick and easy. Sent my existing resume to them and that was all that the writer needed. Made very few changes. Efficent and professional.

There was no personal conversation in what I wanted. Also I never looked in my spam email which everything thing that was emailed was sent through spam. The turn around was horrible and ended up not getting the job. Took a couple of weeks instead of a 4 to 5 day turn around. Had to take another job that I did not want but had to settle. I am not a happy person spending 125 dollars for nothing. No sense of urgency killed my goals in getting the job I wanted. The resume that was done for me is now worthless. Felt like I was just a number rather than someone who needed help to succeed. Glad I was able to sponsor your business with my 125 dollars. Enjoy.

We are sorry to hear that you didn't have a pleasant experience with our service, including the email communication that led to the spam folder. We understand your frustration, and we apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused you. Furthermore, thank you for accepting our call and settled the issue. Again, our apologies.
