Personally, it's important to me that I am made to feel like a human being, and not just another client where the only thing that matters is professionalism. Sure professionalism matters, but with events such as Covid and the social media platforms that create communication barriers between us all, the element of human nature and the communicative behavior we all once knew has has been on the decline now for some time.
