The experience was well worth the money as I got even more than what I thought. I got 2 amazing professional-level resumes, cover letter, cold emails, and a redesign of my LinkedIn page. My writer was kind and intelligent, and fulfilled my every request.

One of the worst experiences of my life: I bought the highest package, and they didn't even reply. I've contacted support, and they haven't replied either. The writer sent you a welcoming message, then vanished. Once you pay the money, they ghost you They are not committed to what is mentioned on their website Don't bother yourself and find a better resume writer to help you

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Samer. While we’re sorry that the experience felt frustrating, we’d like to clarify a few points. After your purchase, you were assigned a dedicated writer who did reach out with an introductory message. You also shared multiple files, which the writer reviewed carefully before responding, as this review is an essential part of our process. The writer was fully on track to respond within the same U.S. business day and to deliver the first drafts within the 4 business days advertised on our website. A refund was requested before the writer had the opportunity to proceed. We did not find evidence of ghosting or unanswered support inquiries; however, a full refund was still issued as a goodwill resolution. We stand by our process and timelines, which are clearly outlined on our website, and remain committed to providing a fair and transparent service. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best moving forward.
