Dirty washcloth on the floor when I checked in, never got picked up or removed. Lack of towels and wash cloths available. Noise in hallways late at night. Hot tub not functional and dining was expensive and not very good.

The carpets were stained which made the room look dirty. The TV got no signal. The Wi-Fi in the room did not work even with the password we were given at the front desk. Called the front desk and ask them to go into our room as we were out for the day, and they did so by sending Security into our room.When we returned 13 hours later the door to our room was wide open.

No lo recomiendo, estaba apestoso, sucio, y se escuchaba demasiado ruido, y mire cucarachas en los pasillos. Fue tanto que los tuvimos que mover a otro hotel 👎

I was asked to write a review without ever booking a room through this agency. This leads me to question how many other reviews are from individuals who have not used resortsneardisney.com and I can not trust the validity of any reviews on the site.

Hello sir/ma'am, We are not trying to steal anyone's identity. We currently just don't have the resources to reply to everyone's comments so we set up the email to a no reply which is pretty common practice these days. We truly just want to know how guests experienced our partner hotels of which we currently have 10 near Disney and 20 more hotels in Florida and other vacation spots.
