Every aspect of Resort Closing Inc. work with me to process the sale of my timeshare was smooth. I can't say if my timeshare was simpler than most but it sure seemed so to me from the beginning to end of the process. I can't thank everyone enough for making my job so easy.

I had owned The Summit at Massanutten since 1995, and my family and I had really enjoyed it. But yearly the maintenance fees had continued to go up, and in recent years the property upkeep had really declined. I knew it was time for me to get out of my timeshare, and a dear friend referred me to Timeshare Specialists & Resort Closings, Inc. They were Amazing! They were very professional, and made the process very smooth and stress-free. Ms. Peuse oriented me on the full process upfront, explaining all possible fees and expected time-frames. She was great, so knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. I was assigned to Ms. Ross as my Closing Agent, at Resort Closings Inc., and she was straight forward and very easy to work with. She did all the excellent work, and took me step-by-step through all the paperwork and closing process, to successfully transfer my timeshare to a new owner. If you want to get out of your timeshare, don't look any further. Timeshare Specialists and Resort Closings, Inc. are the real deal. I’m very grateful to have had them to work with me, and I highly recommend them.

I have used Resort Closing Inc. for 2 timeshare purchases. I would not even entertain using any other company! Every employee there is knowledgeable, helpful and responds quickly to any questions. Long after my transactions were completed they continued to answer my questions. Genuinely good people and I am lucky to have found them.

Questionable would be my title of review. Question #1 did you sell the timeshare and keep the proceeds then charge us to get rid of it? Question #2 was this a good transaction for all concerned? Question #3 do I get any of the $3500.00 back if I make a referral but I need answers to questions. need answers to questions.
