My first device was a bit painful so I reached out to support. The second time around I was sent a different impression tray that provided more detail and that did the trick. I've only had my new device for two days but I'm very happy with it so far.

3 times fitting & sending in impressions. 1st time color didnt match because of lighting, they resent another device after taking a new photo. 2nd time, device was a bit tight. They sent a customized impression, and had to redo fitting. 3rd times a charm, I am happy with final device and am getting use to it being in, but overall matches my natural teeth, shade and shape. I have not smiled in a very very long time! I was 13 when I lost my 2 front teeth on a water slide. And I am now 28 yrs old finally getting somewhere due to dentist being so expensive as tooth fixing these days are considered "cosmetic" and not medical! So I highly recommend Reset smile as they will keep trying until it's a right fit for your personal situation. This is my honest experience with them. Satisfied and smiling again 🤍. My gums are very sore. I bought some Orajel toothache cream. Which helps somewhat. I'm trying to increase the time each day that I wear these. Hopefully my gums will toughen over a period of time. What is your opinion of this? Right now, I'm only able to wear these a couple hours a day.
