Customers Beware! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!Do not use this reservation company. My existing JetBlue flight times had been changed. JetBlue offered me to change existing flight at no charge to another time or different airport. I googled JetBlue reservations and this number came up. I called…My First Mistake. Talked to someone named Jordan, he in informed me that where I paid with points and cash I would have to pay another $300. To change flight. My Mistake once again I paid, thinking I was speaking to JetBlue customer service. Well Jordan put me on a flight with a 41 minute connection to Miami to board a cruise ship. I asked for the earlier flight that would have allowed more time to connecting flight. He would not do it, said I would have to pay more money, When all my family was able to book the earlier flight. Of course they were smarter than me and contacted JetBlue directly. I kept on calling, no one was able to help me. They would say I need to speak with Jordan!!! I was told numerous times Jordan will call you back in 5 min. I waited hours. He never did! Spoke with a supervisor who claims they are going to credit my card of the $300. Haven’t seen any credit as of yet. Jordan should have been honest and tell me to call JetBlue customer service and not a reservation company where I already had an existing reservation. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT USE. This company Reservation Center! Needs to stop duping customers into believing they are speaking directly to a representative from an airline. Do not use! Huge unnecessary fees. Go directly to the app. I never write reviews! But I’m still stuck with a flight I didn’t want. And had the opportunity to change to a flight that I wanted with the rest of my family at No charge. If I had talked to someone directly from JetBlue this would never of happened. You may be an online reservation company and that’s fine! But make it clear to clients who call and believe they are speaking to a JetBlue rep that you’re an online reservation company and not the vendor!

Fees where more than 50% of the room cost that's absurd. Total scam job could have used hotels com same base price but only $14 in tax a ddeeence of $64 . Total thieves,!!! Everywhere is better done use these crooks

DO NOT USE! I was taking my grandmom home to Atlanta. Her ticket was fine however I was booked for a different day. I had to pay for a flight at the airport which cost me $375 round trip. They admitted the mistake however they were only willing to credit me for the flight. They weren't even crediting me for the service charge or for the extra money I had to pay out of pocket for their mistake. I don't know how companies like this stay in business. What a rip off. This is the first time I've ever left a horrible review which goes to show just how negative the experience I had. I've had bad experiences using third parties before but they always rectified THEIR mistakes.
