Jack was very helpful and considerate in dealing with a non computer person (I have very limited knowledge) but he walk me thurough the process and the computer appear to be working fine. Only 1 comment regarding my experience was not being able to pay with American Express

You were very helpful. The only problem was with a bit of not understanding mostly due to the echo I had on my phone when speaking to your representative. My computer is working and much faster to open my applications. Thank You

Was on the enternet reading when warning came up of trogan and my data could be stolen. Called for tec support and the scanned and fixed my computer. I was extremely worried. This is a real relief.

I had difficulties with my computer and was so confused and frustrated.When I finally got connected to Rio Vella I was able to explain my situation. Rio was VERY patient with me. No matter how many times I had to re-ask the same question, he patiently explained what I needed to do. Rio took his time helping me understand what to do. He then fixed everything that needed to be done. I am so pleased and thankful for Rio's help.
