I first hired this company when it was called “Reputation” because I had a stalker who was using information he found online to stalk and harass me. Sadly, I live in a state where you can only get a restraining order against a person with whom you’ve had a romantic relationship, and since he was only a former co-worker, the person was able to menace me with no recourse. I have been working with Cliff G. for a little more than a year and he has been diligent in scrubbing my information from the web. I feel a lot more secure in knowing it is harder for my stalker to find where I work and live. Thank you, Cliff.

I paid $7500.00 on their services. They realized that they couldn't help me and refunded my money within a few days. My apologies as my original review of one star was for a different company with a similar name.
Response from Reputation Defender· Aug 15, 2023
We realized during the onboarding process that we would be unable to work with you due to the nature of your reputation problem. This is why we refunded you the $7500 48 hours after receiving your payment and did not do any work on your behalf. We sincerely appologize for the inconvenience this may have caused, and we hope you are able to solve your issue with another firm.
