Norman Tan very attentive and informative on what is entailed with keeping your personal identity private every time you are online. Very enlightening on how easy your information can get around everywhere online. Norman definitely best customer service advisor!

We all make mistakes or get an unfair review online, but the Internet is forever and can make it hard to recover your reputation after a stumble. Reputation Defender makes that second chance quite a bit more possible. The staff is accessible and communicate clearly throughout. It was great to have one person handling the process.
