Excellent service, fast shipping and highly competitive pricing. Have had 3 lenses ordered the past 3 months and thrilled with each one- all of them took 1 day to complete and were shipped to me overnight UPS. In total, all 3 cost time the same that I would have paid at a very popular chain optician.

Just sent my 6th pair of glasses to them to install Transitions lenses. Every time they gave great service and quality. I will recommend them to anyone!

It's true that small companies often give better customer service because each customer matters more to the bottom line. My order took a little longer than expected because they felt the quality of the finished product needed reworking. I was informed. My order ultimately shipped with the high-quality product I expected. This was my second order I placed with this company and I will use them again.

Good service, sent my sunglasses in for a new prescription and received them back a few days later. A lot cheaper than the local joints and couldn't tell the difference in quality.
