Great service
Great service. They did need have the frame I needed handy but was able to accommodate me with a replacement in no time.

Wire round lens sent for my square plastic frames .
The frames I received are a wire frame. I ordered a solid frame black smoke colored. My email showed me the pictures of the frame they were sending me which was correct. This is for a round lens mine was square it doesn’t even begin to look like what I ordered.

Second to None
I have been using RLE for almost 8 years now. They may not be perfect but in the lens replacement industry their customer service is second to none. I've used other companies, but there is a reason I use RLE time and again. They will make sure your lenses are exactly how you asked for it. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to providing an exceptional service. I will continue to use RLE as long as this company exists.

The process was very simple
The process was very simple. I got email notices when they received the frames and when they shipped them back to me, which I appreciated. I had my glasses back after only a week. The frames suffered no visible damage in that time. The new lenses are a perfect fit and follow all the specifications I asked for and match my prescription. The price was also much cheaper than at the optician's office attached to my eye doctor's office, who wanted to charge me 350% more just to replace the lenses.
