Timely and efficient
They were timely in making replacement lenses for my frames. The company kept me informed when my frames were received, in the lab and then when they were shipped.

the process was super easy to go…
the process was super easy to go through and the turn around time was quick! I sent my glasses out on Thursday to have the lenses replaced and received them the next Thursday! any questions that I had were promptly replied to. 10/10

Excellent customer service, great price, and quick work!
You were one of the few places that had the frame I wanted in the size I needed. When you realized it was backordered through the manufacturer, you contacted me immediately to inform me. Once back in stock, it was shipped and I received the frame quickly. Most notably, I appreciated the discount you offered, as it brought he frame below the price of anywhere else I could purchase it. Excellent customer service, great price, and quick work! Thank You!

I wear glasses everyday...great job!!!
Replacement lens were overdue. Very affordable and professionally issued. Better than the doctor's office. My new frame was delivered in (3) days....No complaints about my prescription. I'm sending my sun glasses next, replacement lens has my prescription on file very convenience for my next pair....
