Hi P Sherm, We’re sorry to read your review and would like to clarify the situation. 🙏 1. We did not receive any direct contact from you before the PayPal claim was opened. After that, our team reached out to you by email on two occasions to assist, but unfortunately we did not receive a reply. 2. The lenses supplied matched the model and serial number provided. We asked you to confirm the lens width with a simple measurement to verify compatibility, but we did not receive that information. 3. The return request was opened through PayPal rather than directly with us. We do offer return solutions starting from approximately $5 depending on the method chosen. We are always willing to help and find a solution, but we need cooperation and communication to do so. Our customer service remains available if you would like us to review your case again. 💫
