Helpful customer support
If you're not completely satisfied with their product, they will give you a full refund. The manual I was interested in didn't have exactly what I was looking for (which wasn't surprising since VW themselves refuse to give out even fuse location information) in contacted them letting them know their manual didn't have the info I needed, and they gave me a full refund.

Hello, thank you for this message. We're truly sorry that our product didn't meet your expectations. Our coverage for most models is very good, but there are times when the information we have for a specific model isn't sufficient. Although it's rare, unfortunately it can happen when covering over 10,000 vehicle models. In those cases we issue a refund if necessary to make it right. Please send us another message at [email protected] so we can get this resolved for you. We'll investigate why we didn't see your previous request for a refund as well. Again, we're truly sorry we fell short here, and we look forward to having the opportunity to resolve it. Update: We've located your support request and issued a refund. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if we can be of any further assistance.
