I’ve really enjoyed working with Mike. He has a ton of experience in real estate and REO, and he does a really good job of turning that experience into things you can actually use. What I appreciate most is that Mike is direct and practical. If you have a question, he’ll actually take the time to answer it and explain why something works instead of just giving you a generic answer. I’ve learned a lot from him about REO, marketing, and how to approach the business in a smarter way. There’s a lot of information out there, and Mike helps make sense of it and gives you a clear direction. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to learn more about REO and grow that side of their real estate business.

Mike is the best in the business. I’ve learned more about real estate from him in the last year than I’ve learned on my own in the last 35. Great man right here!

A valued colleague and a true asset to the REO community As a fellow real estate broker, I have tremendous respect for Mike Costigan and the work he does to support agents in the REO industry. REO is a difficult space to break into, and Mike generously shares his knowledge and helps agents find their footing. What I appreciate most is his commitment to helping others succeed. He cares about the people in this business and contributes so much to our REO community. I’m grateful to call Mike a colleague and highly recommend him to agents looking for guidance in the REO space.
