Fast delivery, good price

It was fine. Took a little longer to get here than we'd hoped.

Prices are great, but it takes much longer than the competition to receive the books, which was a problem both times I have used this company

I got my textbook right on time & the price to rent was just in my budget not to mention the service was awesome! However when I opened the book for the first time there was a mass amount of highlighting and writing inside the book. This was disappointing but besides that I would still use rentbooks.com again in the future for sure!!

The overall experience has been good and prices are fair. I seem to find the books I need and will continue to rent or purchase books, thank you.

The books got here in 2 days with the 3-5 days shipping. Books are complete, however, the cover to one book is hanging off but as long as I'm not charged for it when I return it I'm very happy.

The book came in less than a week and it was in good shape. The only change I would recommend is the company should invest in a reusable shipping box. It makes it easier for customer to make returns when they can use the same box the book came in.

The price of the book was fabulous and I love that I can rent a book and easily send it back. Maybe I'm spoiled by Amazon prime but I paid for faster shipping and faster meant within 3-5 business days. Amazon can deliver in 2, and the only reason I didn't use Amazon was because they didn't have the version of the book I need for my class.
