Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Hunter was extremely outgoing and allowed me to pick up my order as it was materials/tools needed for a time sensitive matter. Highly recommend and will be a return customer in the future.

Tool lasted 2 hours. Called company back and they were unwilling to help.

We are always willing to do whatever we can to help. You can see from the rest of the reviews that we take our service and professionalism seriously. I this case, the customer bought a tool that apparently stopped working shortly after he started using it. For tools from this manufacturer, we are not permitted to determine whether or not a particular item will be serviced or replaced under warranty, only the manufacturer can do that. We are not reimbursed if we accept a tool back as a warranty replacement and the factory decides afterwards it was damaged or failed for some other reason that is not covered. When this customer called, we explained the process for contacting the manufacturer and filling out the warranty claim paperwork. They are normally quite good at accepting these and resolving them quickly. Since we did not participate in the conversation between him and the manufacturer, we cannot say why the customer was not satisfied. We did everything we are permitted to do under our agreement with the manufacturer. It was very unfortunate and frustrating for the customer and he is understandably upset. We did help and perhaps the issue is with the manufacturer and not with the service he received from us.

Very easy to set up a rental. We rented a hydraulic core drill for a week to use in an underwater construction operation. The initial set up takes about 15 minutes but once you're in their system it takes less than 5 minutes. Hunter is knowledgeable, thorough and everything he says is going to happen, happens the way he says it will. return label is included in the shipment. It doesn't get much easier than this.
