Everything was hectic due to the current pandemic, but things were done in a timely matter.

Kelly was great- quick to respond each time I had questions and very upfront about everything. He checked in to see if we had questions along the way. We did our closing via Zoom due to COVID and everything went very smoothly. We FedEx’d our packet back and already received the paperwork from our new mortgage company. I have given out your number to others and suggested they refinance through you.
