Good company!
I've used Reliable Respiratory for the past 8 years, or so, and have found them a good, responsive company. No issues with the equipment or supplies. Service is prompt and courteous. Thanks!

I don't trust Reliable Reperatory
I don't trust Reliable Reperatory. They had a data breach in July and waited until October to notify affected users.

Hi David, thank you for your review. I apologize that it took that long to notify our customers of the data breach. We had to be aware of the situation, take steps to fix it, then make sure it would not happen again. Before we could send out a notice, we had to take those step so we could have all information for our customers. Thank you.

An exceptional customer experience
An exceptional customer experience I have had several companies that have serviced me since I first got a CPAP machine back in 2007. Without any reservations whatsoever, Reliable Respiratory has been an exceptional performer in all regards for this customer. I would be hard pressed to assess this company in any aspect other than exceptional. Thomas Walsh
