The cost is prohibitive and the face masks couldn't be fitted to my face for comfort...I tried many sizes and styles. I ended up pulling the mask off in the middle of the night because it would become separated from my face when I moved, make a suction noise, and wake me up. The material caused my face to itch. MassHealth covered all the cost, but Medicare did not. I kept getting bills that I thought would be paid by insurance, but weren't. This machine should be sold for about $100, but instead rents for about that per month...it's highway robbery.

I have never had a problem with this company. Every time I have a question or a problem they take care of it right away.
