Reliable used to be a good reputable company when they installed my AC system and water heater a long time ago, not anymore. They have grown big the wrong way where customer service is out the window and they only care about the bottom line. You get a different person on the phone and different person coming out every time . My AC they installed died, so I called them naturally. Technician mentioned a possible leak but said his suggested repair will get the system into the next year which was fine with me. Cost me about $1,000. Next day system stopped working again, I called, nobody showed up. called again, they said appointment was not in system, sai set up new appointment. next technician said there's a big leak that cannot be repaired. So, two technicians gave different assessment and made me waste $1,000. Like pouring oil in an engine with a hole without fixing the hole and charging you for it. I called to talk to a supervisor, was told I’ll get call back within 24 hrs, never heard back from them. Reliable is reliable no more. If you want to go with a big guy there are better options that are not a mess like them and stand behind their big price tag service.Even better, go with a smaller more reputable local firm that has great reviews and track record. Might just save you money and peace of mind.
