I would recommend this procedure before going under the knife if possible. I had this procedure done 6 months ago and went from having constant pain in my shouder to having none or very little pain. The negative side to this procedure is that health insurance covers nothing. $7K out of pocket.

Regenexx is the real deal. The Doctors are dedicated to State of the Art methods to help orthopedic problems that most western medical professionals are not using. I have end stage arthritis in both ankles and I am post treatment from Regenexx. I wanted to stay on my couch before. Now I am leading a normal life. It's not perfect, but better than I expected. My pain is significantly reduced and I am traveling again. I'm continuing to do my part with water exercise, PT and acupuncture and my results have been excellent and continue to improve. I m grateful for a new lease on life.

Treatment was painless except for the price. I so wish this was covered by medical insurance. The results have lasted for about a year but I fear I need additional treatment as the joint pain is returning. Because this is so new there is little information about how frequently one should repeat the procedure.

Very well trained physicians & caring attitude all around. Excellent staff in Cayman. Manager in Cayman is excessively focused on cash flow, but is not one of the clinicians. Lots & lots of education in daily posts, which seem to be on the leading edge.
