I've had a good experience so far. As a one man company, this is something I don't have to attend to. It's worth the 25%.

refunds Manager makes it easy!
I love that Refunds Manager is quietly working behind the scenes to make sure I get my refunds from Amazon! I mean, who has time to be checking with Amazon? Another thing I love about Refunds Manager is it is innovation at its best. They thought of a much needed service and implemented it.
