The package came and was not packed in ice. The ice had melted. I did my first injection, and it was so easy. Didn't feel anything. Will I lose weight in the first month? Lori M June 14, 2024.

My package was delivered a day late, no longer cooling in package and now I’m scared to use the product since it was extremely hot.

When I got my shipment today it was steamy when I opened itI knew it was cold. It was brought right to the front door so that it could not be seen from the street. I love the little ice box because you know it has been kept cold. I prefer it to the shiny bag. Yes I would like to say UPS is very good with these time sensitive packages, they give you two times and so far they have brought closer to the first time. I was not really happy with fed x. I sometimes thought they had hung on to it for too long...please keep UPS.

My prescription has come last month & this month very warm. It has only been outside for 1/2 hour. So I suppose that is why I’m not losing weight. My hunger has gone way up

Delivery on time with fed ex, last month it went to the wrong address with UPS, luckily the lady called me.

There was still ice in the package and it’s been over 105 here this week. It only had to sit outside for about 1 hour. Good instructions, good packaging, good amount of supplies. The only change I would make is to add a couple more alcohol pads and be specific that if you drop one you should throw it away and get a new one. Looking forward to the results!
