I’m on my second month of the shots and everything has gone well so far. The prescription arrived packed with ice very quickly and the second month is an increased dose as requested. I’m losing weight steadily- down 7 lbs in the first month, so not dramatic, but I only had about 35lbs total to lose, so I wasn’t expecting to lose all that rapidly. I’m definitely experiencing less cravings and decreased appetite.

I was extremely skeptical however decided to take a risk. I don't know what made me pull the trigger on this I really don't but i did. Maybe it was my frustration over my personal situation or just some intangible I can't put my finger on right now. In any case I went ahead and purchased my first month. Now I know I have a few weeks to commit to a 3 month commitment or the month to month charge is crazy so I'll give it 2 weeks then decide. Thus far everything about the company themselves has been perfect. Ordering, service, delivery and packaging has been as advertised and I'm eyeballing it and excited to start my adventure. I will updates if things change. Dave

The customer service is horrible and their integrity is low. The bottle is supposed to be shipped cooled with ice packs and instead it was delivered HOT with absolutely no ice pack. Contacted Reflex immediately and never received a response so I called-was told they never promised an ice pack...it's even on the website. Told them I need a new bottle....three days after first call and 5 days after first reach out NO RESPONSE I now need to contact my bank to get my $500 back. Do not use them.
