the MD was responsive to my needs
the MD was responsive to my needs. I received my replacement within a timely manner and it was in a refrigerated package.

The process was very easy, refill and order to delivery is very quick and efficient. They are available for questions if I have them.

they did a good job tracking my package…
they did a good job tracking my package when it didn't show up. they have also answered questions I had and everyone seems friendly

I agreed to give this a try and agreed…
I agreed to give this a try and agreed that if I wanted to continue using this I would call you guys to get more. This is not what happened! It was automatically being resent to me at a ridiculous price that there's no way I could afford!! This makes me sad taking advantage of me like that. It did get canceled and it was supposed to be credited back to my credit card. I will know if this happened when I get my card bill.
