Shipment arrived and was not cold, packs were far from frozen

Regarding the warmth of your medication upon arrival, please rest assured that there should be no impact on its safety or potency. Our compounded medications are shipped with ice packs and have undergone cGMP stability studies, ensuring they remain stable even at temperatures exceeding 100°F. Considering the heat wave affecting much of the country, we understand your concern. However, as long as your package wasn’t exposed to extreme heat for more than two days, the medication remains effective. Customer service is fantastic. Every person I have spoken with has been understanding and workable. My weight loss has been interupted because of the delivery lateness but I've been reassured that a remedy has been found and a new pharmacy has been brought in. That's good news. Will consider staying. I have 3 months to watch the reviews to see if things improve. Thanks Jennifer and team for being so kind.

From very first contact through reaching out for clarifications with doctor and receiving and using the medicine, everything was smooth. There was one issue with the local pharmacy who filled the rx ans Resmed jumped in and fixed the issue immediately. Very happy with the whole process and that builds a lot of trust.

Very straight-forward! I was just exploring my health options, and I was able to schedule a consultation to discuss without “being sold” i.e. I didn’t feel forced or pressured to buy anything. This ended up being a good option for me so I went forward with ordering a subscription to give it a try. The process was made very simple as I worked with Kathy N from the consultation to beginning my doses and follow up. Pricing was as expected and no hidden fees or confusion 🙏🏾 thank you guys so much for all your assistance!
