I have been waiting for my medication for a month now. The previous one i got from them was not working at all even with high dose and it had particles in it. I called and they just said oh thats too bad that you have a rotten medication with particles. Then U called again yelling and They refunded me and told me tirzeptide might help which was double the price of ozempic and gave me 120 bucks doscount out if 1100$ for 6m supply. Now it has been a month and I have not been updated about my purchase. They tell me different stories each time. They tell me they will call to update and they dont. I am so worried that i wait for so long, then I get another crappy medication that does not work and has no effect, and has particles floating in it and just waste my time and money. Planned to cancel the order, now lets see how long it will take for them to respond to that.

Noah was extremely helpful in getting my order processing when it seemed to have stalled, he definitely kept me from seeking out a new provider for my glp1.

I love Refills but came across some billing/shipping problems. I have talked to a few people in the past and nothing was ever resolved. I called again today and got Hope Brown and she was amazing to talk with and is helping me out to resolve this problem!! Kudos to Hope!!!

I cancelled my 3 month subscription and the plan still billed me. The company said they could do nothing about it because it already shipped. It is not my fault you reactivate my subscription without my consent and decided to ship me product. Update 09/15/2026: They have reached out and fixed this situation so I'm revising my rating to a 4 instead of 1 to be fair.

They are 100% shorting the amount of medication in their vials. My husband and I had the same exact experience and their customer service was AWFUL! Took days for them to respond and it was always less than helpful. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
