i ordered on nov. 26th i have heard nothing since and my order has been pending for a week now and I cant get anyone to respond back to me. I was already charged for this. so far my experience has not been great.

It’s been a week and the prescription is still “ at the pharmacy “ I was told up to 72 hours . Well. Obviously way past that… Buy my money came out of my account in seconds… shocker.

Everything was going smoothly and my prescription was sent to the pharmacy on 11/25. It’s still sitting in that status (12/2). It shows I need to “Complete My Visit”, but when I go into that, it shows completed (I’ve tried to “re-complete it” at least 10 times). I sent a chat message to support about my prescription not getting filled over 24 hours ago and haven’t heard back. My credit card was charged on 11/25 and it doesn’t look like my prescription is on the way yet! Please help! I want to get what I paid for and I was excited to use your service! The initial part was great, why the stall now? Thanks!

The prescription your md ordered and sent to the pharmacy is still at the pharmacy. I have made two attempts to message you through the system and a phone call, I have not received a response. Do you know when there prescription will be filled and shipped? I'm willing to change my review if someone responds. Thank you.

I was charged for my prescription and had correspondence with the doctor but now I have heard nothing for a week??? Don’t know how long it takes to go from sent to Pharmacy to actually receiving my order. I don’t think it’s fair that I have paid a week ago and have no product yet.

I placed my order a week ago. I know there was a holiday but the lack of response today about when my order will be processed is disheartening. If I was able to cancel my order I would but they don’t allow cancellations while it’s in process.
