I have been using them since July of 2025. You will get the medicine with no problem. However, I requested to stay at 9 to 10mg and my request kept going unheard and I received a dosage increase with every vial every month. I then have to figure out what those out of that vile I should take because I cannot get a "doctor" or support to reply to me. I will be looking somewhere else. Do not use them unless you want constant unnecessary dose increases and no communication.

Never received medication even after charging my credit card.

This company is not trustworthy at all. I placed my order on the December 18th and the order got submitted to the pharmacy on the 19th and stayed there until December 23rd and the shipping label was created that day also. According to shipping updates from FedEx i won't get my first order until December 31st. 13 DAY TO GET MY ORDER!! My order was handled poorly and the shipping was super SLOW which put a bad taste in my month!! Also, I purchase a 6 month of medicine for $1434 and I notice that another payment for $1434 is due on May 18th which is 5 month NOT 6 MONTHS!! They are cheating their customers!! My next payment should be June 18th, not May 18th! I will not be renewing with this company. This company is complete a$$ and bullshit!

I have been trying to close my account since sometime in Nov. I have asked yall not to send me any more meds you sent them anyway, I told you then no more meds and not to charge my card anymore, now I see you have done it again, and you won't let me delete my bank card. You are holding my bank card for ransom. Is this how you do business? I want out, set my bank card free, I will be going to bank and see if you can hold my card ransom, I don't think you can. Do not send me any more meds give me my card back....

First time ordering from this Co. I took a pic of my previous prescription from another pharmacy and Dr. Asad Niazi prescribed what I was taking however, when I received my prescription they sent me the starter dose NOT the dosage im on. I’ve reached out to their refills.com support staff both email and phone calls. I’ve sent pics(per their request)of what they’ve sent me, although Im not sure why they need this,THEY filled the prescription , and my response was we’ll get back to you with an update as soon as possible! Still havent heard back. BEWARE, I will keep you posted on the outcome of this! UPDATE:They sent me a new prescription apologizing for their error and it was once AGAIN the wrong dosage! I cancelled my subscription. STAY CLEAR
