Love the way the company was able to reach out to me so quickly and resolve the issue I had at hand with an appropriate solution. Really love their products so I will continue to purchase more from them when new items are to come out.

“I had an issue with my REDTIGER dash cam at first—it was freezing and not working properly. But their customer service was very responsive and helpful. They guided me through troubleshooting and eventually provided a replacement. The new unit works perfectly now. I really appreciate how they stand behind their product. Great support and solid dash cam overall.”

I have been dealing with Redtiger for many years. I have them in all my 6 cars and they have been awesome. Redtiger has been very helpful and supportive with any issues and questions that I had. Great company and product. They have been improving every year and I can’t wait to see what is next.

I needed help correcting an issue and because I couldn't figure it out I contacted support and they were on point. They responded to my email almost immediately and stepped me through the settings until I figured it out. I'm so happy with my dashcam and the help I received and plan to share my experience with all my friends.

I have had this camera since I was in college. I have caught so many things on video that I wouldn’t have if I didn’t have this! Your team has been there for me multiple times when I have had issues. Sent me a replacement and provided me with cables to make my current setup work. Top tier. Would be honored if this was my company did this for my customers. Thank you again!

I had a dash camera that stopped working , I was able to quickly get a new one. I had a staff member named Emma who was incredibly helpful and responded to my emails quicker than any other company I’ve ever contacted. Red tiger definitely has me as a forever customer
