For whatever reason my order took two weeks to ship. Once it shipped it came in two days. Parts are just what I needed at the best price I could find. Cherry in customer support was very helpful in looking into the shipping delay and getting that remedied ASAP. Thanks!

I’m a repeat customer, had an issue with FedEx, but the customer service with redline360 was beyond any expectations. Responded to my error purchase(accidentally used coworkers credit card) and cancelled the order in 30 seconds of that email. Re-ordered and had a shipping issue with FedEx. Cherry stepped up fast and helped walk me through the process to resolve the issue. I will be a repeat buyer again in the near future.
