I was surprised at how fast they reviewed my digital consultation. The turn around was only a couple hours. I feel this is a valuable and fairly priced service.

Placed order, satisfactorily answered questionnaire and received notice as such, and that shipment being processed, was charged $10 questionnaire fee, plus $125 for prescription. Never received tracking number after 10 days, tried contacting through Help line phone and never connected to any service personnel, only on hold. No answer to email nor reason for non-shipment. Wasted two weeks waiting with no help from Redbox, terrible experience, and do not recommend.

After reviewing your case, I do see that you paid for the provider visit fee and for your prescription. It looks like we attempted to contact you regarding a backorder with your medication. If you did not receive that email, I do apologize for that. We did send the email a few days after we received your prescription and had attempted to order in the medication. I'm sorry that we did not contact you right away, but we were hoping to get the medication back in stock sooner. It does appear that we were able to get your prescription canceled per your request as well as refund you the cost of the medication. We sincerely apologize for the delay and for not being as communicative as you needed. Ordered a prescription for adalapene to help with my rosacea as the weaker otc version helps. Redbox refused to prescribe, took $25, and did not provide a reason for refusal. I called and got a refund. They were nice about it and said that doctors are required to provide a reason. My reply to redbox's reply: I received a message stating it was denied. The doctor should've provided the reason then, not having me navigate your website looking for clues. I went to your competition and was prescribed without a hassle. Have a nice day.

Our providers are required to give a reason as to why a treatment may be denied, and the reason is found in the visit section of your account. Filled out symptom questionnaire with obvious signs of sinus infections. I am a nurse. Maxillary pressure. Post nasal drip etc. Dr did not prescribe antibiotic and said to see a doctor in several days. The whole reason of this platform is to not have to go see a doctor in person. Pay money for what???? No help.

I had a virtual doctors appointment on Wednesday, the doctor confirmed that I would receive my prescription within three days. It has been three days and my prescription hasn’t even shipped out. I would not recommend this place if you need a script immediately. There is no sense of urgency and customer service takes over two days to respond to emails.

Exceptional services means getting your prescription processed quickly; our team will process your order and ship the same day it is prescribed (within 24 hours). There have been some shipping delays due to catching up from the holiday the previous week, and for that we do apologize.
