My first couple of experiences ordering prescription skincare through RedBox worked out fine because everything arrived on time and I didn't have to deal with customer service. If anything goes wrong with your order, their "customer care advocates" will basically tell you to go pound sand instead of helping you get a replacement or your money back. My most recent order was marked as delivered but I never received the product. When I contacted customer service, the rep "Brandi" told me to go through USPS or file a police report. According to USPS.com, missing mail search can't be done on prescription drugs. (Brandi says USPS is wrong). And wasting valuable law enforcement resources over a $30 face cream doesn't sit well with me. Now, I've filed a help request with USPS and I'm hoping for the best because $60 is a lot to throw away in this economy. I'm sure there are valid legal reasons why RedBox can't just send a replacement through the mail, but a refund, partial refund or even a discount code for my next order would have been so much better than paying for a consultation and a product I never received. I will be switching to a different provider with better service. It's bad enough to waste money and get the run-around over skincare products that I can live without. I hope they're not doing this to people on fixed incomes or in need of life-saving medication!

As we do ship prescription medication, we do have a protocol we must follow when a patient lets us know that a package was not received. When we are notified that a patient did not receive their order despite tracking indicating it has been delivered, we first want to verify the shipping address was correct as well as make sure the correct tracking information was linked to your account. If both of those pieces of information are correct, we often suggest you reach out to your local post office for assistance by either speaking to someone at your local post office directly or by submitting a service request to investigate the package delivery. If needed, we can also initiate a service request through our contact with USPS, but patients sometimes see a quicker response when they submit the request themselves. However, we are always happy to help to set one up if needed. The results of the service request will determine the next steps. If the results of the service request show that the package was misdelivered by the USPS, we can send out a replacement order. In the case that the service request shows that the package was delivered correctly to the correct address, we would ask that a police report be filed. We do need to have either the service request or the police report documented in order to replace the medication. As it is prescription medication, we do need to have that documentation for your account. Per our replacement and refund policy, we do not refund orders that have already been processed and shipped by our pharmacy. Depending on the medication, we can send an emergency 14-day supply to a local pharmacy to get you by until we receive the documentation needed. I came across Redbox Rx, by searching for telehealth with psychiatrists that were affordable because I have mental health conditions I need medication for and when I do not have them my days deteriorate a little more each day and my mental capacity, it's not the same. So I needed to find a place I could get my medicine quickly. I went through the process and signed up. I only paid $35 for my consultation scheduled for the next day(quick) on video with a psychiatrist and I only paid $28 for my prescription. Moving forward, I only have to pay $30 each month for my medicine. This covers The visit I'm not going to as well, and they ship it straight to my door for no extra cost, which makes it super convenient and I know it will always be here on time. I waited until after I received my first shipment to leave the Review so I could give my honest opinion. My medicine arrived in the time I was told which was about 3 business days and was exactly what I needed when I needed it! By far cheapest online option I have found in the last 4 years that I have been using telehealth for my medication. Thank you Redbox Rx

For my initial consultation the provider never showed up and I had to reschedule. I was prompted by the system to complete two separate consultations for 2 issues. When I had the first consultation ( that someone finally showed up for) she advised she could handle both issues in one consultation. I was still charged for both consultations, even though I only had one that lasted maybe 4 minutes. It took several more days for the consultation to “process” because of some error. Then when I finally received the medication one of the prescriptions was wrong. I had to schedule yet another consultation to get the correct prescription (which was just a refill). Overall for such an expensive service you’d think the quality would be better. It sees like one department does not communicate with each other and the process can be frustrating.

I'm sorry Sara. I can understand why you are so frustrated. Sometimes technical barriers don't allow our normal process to be completed. We recognize that how we handle these situations and respond to our patients is important. After reviewing your chart, it does appear that the correct medications and doses are reflected in your account now. We do apologize that you were given incorrect information during your visit. Our providers can prescribe a second treatment during a visit, but only if the treatment is for the same condition you are having the visit for. If you have a visit and wish to get more than one treatment for more than one condition, you would have to have a separate consultation for each condition you wish to treat. Our clinical team came up with specific questions for each consultation type that will provide the appropriate information the medical provider needs to make an informed decision on your treatment. I've been trying various products to help my hair grow, hoping for a return to what used to be normal for me. So far, nothing has made a real difference. I decided that I wanted to try oral minoxidil, and Red Box was the site I chose to utilize. The process of applying for this treatment was very easy. I was able to answer all the questions and fulfill all the requirements within a very short period of time. The prescription was sent to me VERY quickly, and the price was quite good. Whether or not this treatment works is up to my physical system. Red Box gave me the opportunity to try. Many thanks to them.
