This is the only affordable telehealth provider that prescribes minoxodil for women. I used a different one previously, but this is a much better deal and easier to complete the intake.

My insomnia was effecting my life. Without insurance a primary care provider is too expensive. Red Box RX is saving my health.

Shipping is done by UPS and it is awful. My pills are finished and waiting the new ones for a long time. My health is not good right and I just tracked my delivery, it is delayed. And I when I receive it.

Getting a new prescription for my eyelashes was quick and easy. The reason I only gave a 4 is because I had a prescription for the 3ml size and all they told me was it was not available. No one ever suggested to me that I could get a prescription for the 5ml size which is obtainable until I went into the refund page for my 3ml order. Generally I'm satisfied with their service

Horrible to deal with. Support staff is all in India and barely speaks English and arent allowed to do anything lol. They will force you to fill your prescription with them by simply refusing to transfer it to your pharmacy. They charge 4x what my pharmacy does. Don't waste your time

So far, my experience has been awesome! Scheduling was quick & easy. Logging in and speaking with a doctor was easy to navigate. The doctor seemed very concerned about my issue, and eager to help. I'm waiting for my medication to arrive so I can finally get a goods night sleep!

First order was great, but s-l-o-w. I was charged for a "refill" automatically WITHOUT any inquiry as to whether I WANTED more. I don't! I have notified our bank to cancel the charge. INTERSTINGLY, I did not write this "review" today as it states. I complained months ago, and today I was charged $181.50 for this product, again, even after the first problem in January. I have filed a fraud claim with my Credit card - didn't recognize the charge since I thought it had been taken care of the first time I told them. Now, this review shows up today? Something is definitely fishy here.

We understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing this to our attention Danielle. RedBox Rx is a little different than some other telehealth services. We do not charge a monthly membership fee. You only pay when you receive a product or service. We also offer many different treatment plans, and many of those plans include automatic refills. However, we understand if you would like to choose when you want to refill your medication. One of the many benefits of our services at RedBox Rx is that we give you the control over your refills. You can choose to refill your prescription early, delay your auto-refill, or cancel your auto-refill. To cancel your prescription refills (auto-refills), visit the treatments section of your account and click the button that says, “Stop Automatic Refills.” This will cancel all future refills from automatically being filled and shipped to you. You will receive confirmation via email once you do so. It is the patient's responsibility to manage their treatments and stop any refills they do not wish to receive. Orders that have been processed by our pharmacy cannot be cancelled and refunded. This is why we also send out reminder emails several days prior to your prescription being processed. That way patients have plenty of time to delay or cancel the refill if they do not need it at that time.
