I needed a specific prescription for motion sickness for an upcoming trip out of the USA and didn’t have time to go to my regular doctor. Completing the consultation and prescription request was easy. I’m not sure I’d use this method for an undiagnosed issue but my experience requesting a specific prescription was fast and easy. I paid for expedited shipping and the out of pocket cost was not much more than a doctor visit copay.

The website is easy to maneuver and very clean and easy to view. Questions assure RedBox knows ample details about me and my condition to make an informed decision. I am given the opportunity to share details that may otherwise be overlooked. The fees are more than fair and the payment process is quick and secure. Do yourself a favor and never use this company they are huge scammers and will take your money and not even help you with your issue. They prescribed me a cream that doesn’t even work for me and when I called them they couldn’t refund me. They are not sensitive or compassionate for any patients you are a dollar sign to them.
