Had an issue signing up multiple times - resolved
Had an issue signing up multiple times. Customer service agent helped me through online chat and rectified the issue expediently. We will be giving this product a try for our law firm.

pathetic customer servise/help center
I've never encountered such awful customer service. I had to email them five times, trying to cancel my subscription—because there's no other way to do it—and every single time I receive the same useless, automated response. Despite my numerous, clear requests, absolutely nothing has been done to resolve the issue. This is blatant disregard for customers and a total lack of respect.

Effective Protection with Great Customer Service
I had a great experience with ReasonLabs' online security, even though I didn’t finish my trial. The software was user-friendly and gave me confidence that my online activity was secure. Their customer service was prompt and easy to talk to, which made the entire experience even better. I ultimately didn’t need the service as my web is free from threats, but it's clear that ReasonLabs offers reliable and effective protection. Highly recommend for anyone looking for solid cybersecurity
