It has good amount of details. The only suggestion would be to verify certain claims or offers by doctors. Some are blatant misrepresentations. For example, doctor Sparon says that there is 20% discount off of facelift, that is great. But off of what price, is it off of the $20K estimate or off of the $22K estimate or off of the $10K estimate? He also says they have transportation but I visited I was told that I would need my own transportation. This is really not a RealSelf issue it is the doctors making incorrect claims.

I would give RealSelf 5 stars because it’s been INSTRUMENTAL in my cosmetic surgery journey! It’s informed my research and given me a sense of community! I just wish we could edit posts for typos after we’ve written them and I also wish we could break down liposuction searches my body part. Right now we can only look up “liposuction” but not “liposuction thighs” “liposuction lower abdomen” etc.

We’re glad to hear you felt a sense of community while researching your procedure. It’s so important to feel supported when making such impactful decisions. Regarding researching procedures, there are filters available on the review and before-and-after photos pages to help you narrow down the content. We appreciate your feedback on adding more options, and we're always looking to improve. If you’d like to make any edits to your review, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We’d be happy to help!

I enjoy the client posts and the thoughts and opinions from the health professionals. I would like to have more flexibility in whom I log as the provider of the services I had. I would also like to see a bar graph of the time that the review has left her post/pictures so I can select the post to view. I would prefer to not have to scroll through all the messages and pictures.

Hi, Joanna! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Your suggestions help us make the site more useful for our community. Regarding adding your provider, the particular location you visited does not have a business page. We've added the location to the title of your review for further clarification. Please reach out if we can assist you further.

It’s been a little over a month and everything still looks great. I have started to notice that some of the hairs will start to fall out but Miss Rosa assured me that this is normal. I’m looking forward to how my hair will look when my hair fully grows back out.

It is a wonderful way to learn as much as you can about different types of surgeries and procedures before you decide to actually have one. Best part is that it is from real people who have actually experienced it.
