I really appreciate the amazing customer support and quality products that RealPeptides have provided me over that last couple of months. With their products I have lost 20lbs of fat and have been building muscles too. But most importantly I have used their products to assist with my healing from Hip replacement surgery. My surgeon and PT team have said I am ahead of schedule, and I am healing faster than most. I attribute this to RealPeptides products and my hard work in PT & gym sessions. They have also replaced some peptides that did not reconstitute correctly. Which means a lot and I will remain a loyal customer. Also, My 17yrs old son just was diagnosed with ADHD so I purchased Selank, Semax, & Bromantane for him and he tells me that they are a big help with his High School studies, social activities, and athletics. Sometimes I do feel that receiving shipments takes a bit too long. But I am in Hawaii and we call that the price of paradise. -aloha

Had a problem with my order on the UPS side of delivery not Real Peptides side. I contacted customer service and got a very fast response. The response had three different scenarios, each with a link that had detailed instructions depending on the problem. I used the appropriate link, and the problem is being resolved. I am VERY pleased with the promptness of customer service response, the kindness and professionalism.

Customer service is top notch, very responsive. So far only minor logistics/stock issues that Real Peptides has resolved very quickly; products have all been high quality.
