Easy to navigate and the multi use for searching and storing info (contacts) is great! Still learning.

Very bad technical support, and there are always issues. The idea is great, and I was really excited to start using it. But there is always a problem! Literally. Every try you are trying to accomplish anything, it's not feasible. Either its direct mail, or uploading leads... there is ALWAYS a problem. And the worst part, it takes at least 48 hours to resolve it. Life chats take forever for them to respond, today I called 3 times without the answer. It really sucks, because it's meant to make your business easier to operate and save time, but it doesn't! Nothing works properly. Always same problems with direct mail, and lead downloads.
