Quick courteous service even though the issue was my mistake. Thank you Reach for being so great. I had to leave for free government provided service, but I have referred my friends. Thanks!

I am very disappointed. In beginning I had Verizon service and it was great. Good plan and everything. Then I needed to add a second line and they said it can be only T mobile. Ok. I moved. And it was always something wrong. They charged me more by technical issues. But it took months to get my money back. Hours of chatting with the same answer : we have technical problem. I wanted to come back to Verizon. They didn't allow it. So I decided to leave. I prepaid new Verizon service. 8 days in a row Reach mobile can not port me out Still ...I receive a bill despite I already have a different service. Answer-technical problem- again. It is horrible service!!!
