Very pleased with the service as I…
I am very pleased with the service as I live in a wooded rural area and always had to walk outside to talk. Reach lowered my bill this month because my data use was so low. What company does that without even asking?

Instead of offering ways to improve…
Instead of offering ways to improve service, they simply brush you off and say try an alternative. My neighbor is on verizon and they had a engineer come out and fix the reception problem. Where is reach in my time of need? crickets. now i see my bill went up for crappy service, time to move on to some one else

Hi Todd! Our goal is to ensure that you have the very best connectivity. If there is something out of our control and we know that sticking with us will result in less-than-stellar connectivity, of course we'd suggest to find a carrier with better coverage in your area. Sorry we weren't the best choice for you!

My experience with Reach has been Excellent
My experience with Reach has been excellent. To make a long story short, I had no service on my new Galaxy Note20 due to a BYOD issue with Xfinity mobile... it meant I had no xfinity service for weeks, and had to look elsewhere... that's when I found Reach Mobile. I ordered a Startup SIM, which Reach sent on time to USPS, but got stuck there. I reached out to Reach Support after a couple of days, explained my situation, and Cyan and the team helped get 2nd SIM card to me before my weekend trip, expediting via priority express, which they normally don't do. I received the SIM in a day, and Cyan helped me by phone through a startup issue same day...my Reach service was turned on that evening, and I had a phone again! Reach cust exp team really helped me out... over and above. It's been about a week, and service is working just as it should... Thanks Reach!

A perfect fit for us
My partner and i are very happy with reach mobile. The service is top notch, switching was easy, and the message behind the company is commendable. I am suggesting them to all my friends.

I switched to Reach Mobile
I switched to Reach Mobile. Because it's cheaper than the att plan I had with no one telling me that," your breaking up" Reach has been real good and a good price and best thing it's on the Verizon network.

Customer service is very good
Customer service is very good, not so happy with overall performance, never received notice of billing, wanted to separate the 2 phone #s but told can't after told could, like the people not sure about the company

The service is great
The service is great. The thing I wish they had working is a way to manage your account online via a computer. I do not use my phone for managing any account I have
