I had a question about International Roaming. The agent was quick to respond (no wait time in a queue), very helpful, and very informed. It turns out the Reach Mobile app walks the customer through setting this up in a very intuitive manner. Great app, great service, great customer service.

Over the past couple of months I have had the pleasure of connecting with ReachMobile regarding a couple of issues. I want to let y'all know that this company is the one to get your wireless service from for many reasons. They are very responsive to your issues, their business practices are commendable, where else can just by the nature of signing up to do business with them do they also GIVE a plan to a woman/student in need.
